Job Overview
An internationally recognized miniature golf design/build firm is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Budgeting / Estimating / Job Costing Specialist to join our growing team.
Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing detailed Excel-based budgets
  • Soliciting and comparing bids from suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers
  • Coordinating with project managers and design staff to refine cost estimates
  • Tracking actual costs and forecasting expenditures for active jobs
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project budgeting, estimating, and job costing — preferably in the construction or related industries
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
Compensation:
